Adjustment method of transmission ratio of rewinder

As the first stop of the production line, the rewinder has a direct influence on the quality and production efficiency of the rewinder. Rewinding machine to be able to run normally, and in a good state of production, in addition to good parts without damage, the reasonable adjustment and control of the whole machine transmission ratio is very important. In the rewinding machine, the paper width of the base paper is transmitted by five transmission roller and belt, namely, paper belt, arc roller, back press-roll, front press-roll, roll rewinding, etc. Each sheet of base paper is relatively thin, the elongation is limited, the transmission ratio is not stable, the sheet in the rewinder continuous acceleration and deceleration operation is easy to wrinkle and be broken. Reasonable adjustment and control of the line speed of the transmission roller and the paper feeding belt can greatly reduce the phenomenon of paper width being broken. After several daily debugging, the author summarizes the following key adjustment methods.



The rewinder stabilizes the linear speed of the paper feeding belt to transfer the original paper width. The paper feeding belt of the rewinder is driven by a triangle belt through a stepless speed regulating wheel. When the output torque of this kind of speed regulating wheel is large, the triangle belt of the transmission is close to the outside edge of the speed regulating wheel, and the transmission speed will be more stable. In order to achieve such a stable transmission effect, can adjust the host through the gradual transmission ratio, make the winding roll speed slower and at the same time adjust the base paper feeding belt various speed handwheel, make three sets of transmission v belt are all in the outside of the stepless speed regulation wheel along a reasonable position, and the winding roller with paper belt speed is consistent.





Second, the rewinder after adjusting the paper pressure roller paper gap, so that the paper in the paper feeding belt and the natural smooth transfer between the rollers. Back pressure paper roll is the intermediate link of the paper width transmission process, if the gap is too small to adjust the paper width is easy to wrinkle and sag, when the gap is too large, the three layers of paper width are not together easy to stratify and fault, affecting the paper feed speed and rewinding quality. After the adjustment of the paper roller should be from small to large slowly increase the pressure paper gap, so that the paper just not wrinkle not sagging can lock the positioning screw.





Adjust the arc shaft behind the punching knife. The arc axis as the paper before winding, the whole paper eventually stretch smooth transition axis. Its position and working radian not only affect the smoothness of the paper, but also affect the stability of the paper transfer. When the arc axis is too high, the paper width will be scratched and touched by the perforating surface knife, and the paper will be easily broken by shaking. When the position is too low, the paper width will be scraped and the low perforating surface knife will be easily broken. Generally adjust the height of the position of the arc shaft to let the paper through the perforating knife, the bottom higher than the perforating bottom knife 5~8 mm is appropriate, the arc shaft working radian is the smaller the better, the paper can not wrinkle.





4. The rewinder adjusts the internal tooth chain and external chain of the main gear box to make the transmission of the whole machine more stable. The paper rewinding machine runs through automatic acceleration and deceleration process to control the frequent start and stop, and complete the automatic repair of the tail sealing and rewinding action, so the transmission ratio of the transmission stability requirements are higher. By tensioning the internal and external chains, the chain can avoid skidding and skipping, which makes the speed ratio more stable during frequent acceleration and deceleration. The edge line on the tooth chain after tensioning can be moved up and down with the tool about 5~8 mm is advisable.
